• Your destination country, so we can quote shipping
• Anything else you're unsure about — we're happy to explain

We aim to reply quickly during working hours. If you message overnight, you'll usually have an answer by the next morning. There's a real person on the other end — not an automated system — on both WhatsApp and Telegram.
