Ordering from RepsYupoo takes five steps: pick an item from a Yupoo-style album, message it to us on WhatsApp, get an all-in quote that includes shipping, approve the QC photos we send, and we ship it directly by DHL/UPS/FedEx in 6–12 days. There's no agent, no checkout and no second forwarding fee.

Pick from the albums
Browse any category or seller album on the site. When you find something you like, note the name or take a screenshot. There's no cart and no checkout — the album is the catalogue.
Message us on WhatsApp
Send us the item — a name or screenshot is enough. For shoes and clothing, tell us your usual size. This is the whole 'order form': one message starts it.
Get an all-in quote
We reply with a price that already includes international shipping. The number we quote is the number you pay — there's no separate forwarding fee added later.
Approve QC photos
Before anything ships, we send quality-control photos of your exact item — the real piece, not a catalogue render. You approve them, or ask us to check another. A short video is available on request.
We ship direct, you track it
Once you approve, we dispatch by DHL, UPS or FedEx and send your tracking number about two days later. Parcels arrive in 6–12 days to Europe and the US, 8–15 days to Latin America.
No checkout, no agent — on purpose
If you're used to Western online shopping, ordering by message feels unusual at first. But it matches how rep stock actually exists: sellers post their inventory in photo albums, not on product pages with live stock counts. Building the order around a chat means we can confirm the batch, send real photos and quote an honest all-in price before you commit a cent.
It also removes the agent's two weakest points — the warehouse queue for QC photos and the second shipping bill. Because we hold the stock and ship it ourselves, there's nothing to forward and nothing to re-pay. One conversation, one price, one parcel.

How do I place an order?
There's no checkout — you order by message. Pick an item from the albums, send it to us on WhatsApp, approve the QC photos we send, and pay the all-in price. We then ship it directly to you.
How do I pay?
We confirm the current payment options on WhatsApp when we send your quote. The quoted price includes shipping, so there's no surprise second charge.
When do I get tracking?
About two days after you pay and we dispatch. We send the tracking number directly to you on WhatsApp, and you can follow it on the courier's site.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Message us with photos. Because we ship directly and there's no agent in between, we handle it ourselves and make it right.
Can I order more than one item?
Yes. Send us everything you want and we'll quote it together. Three pairs of shoes ship free, and bundles across categories are discounted.
